Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present a legal-domain LLM which is designed to automate difficult contractual agreement analysis and summarization. Graphs emphasize indemnification, data-sharing, and IP in contracts with strong natural language processing, Contract Insightor which develops executive legal documents with risk heat maps. It suggests renegotiating jurisdictional language to reduce obligations.
