Abstract

Large IT systems are vulnerable and need periodic patches. Although successful, traditional patch creation is sluggish and resource-intensive in complicated, distributed systems. Generative AI models may automate and accelerate patch creation. Deep learning and NLP algorithms can generate patches from large codebases and patch history. Generative AI models find vulnerabilities, produce safe fixes, and optimize huge IT patch distribution. The article addresses AI-driven patching system integration challenges such patch quality, system stability, and software security automation ethics.
